Doha, 09 Dec. 2020  (Qatar Tribune)

Qatar's Ministry of Interior on Tuesday said operations of the Qatar Visa Centres in three more countries — Nepal, Pakistan and the Philippines — will resume this month.

While the QVC in Kathmandu, Nepal, will reopen on December 10, that in Islamabad, Pakistan, will resume operations on December 14. The one in Manila, the Philippines, will reopen on December 15.

Last month, the ministry said the QVCs in India would reopen on December 3.

Qatar has seven visa centres in India — in the cities of New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kochi. They will facilitate and simplify the recruitment and work visa procedures for Indian expatriates traveling to Qatar for work before their arrival in Qatar.
