Life With Purpose Pays Back, Speaker Stressed

Qatar based Pakistan Engineers Forum (PEF), a Pakistani professionals representative community forum, recently organised a leadership seminar at the TNG School, Al Wakra campus.

Qaiser Abbas  a renowned Pakistani  award-winning leadership coach, business psychologist and author of around 10 books including recent book 'Made in Crisis' nominated for 'Business Book of the Year Award' was the keynote speaker on the occasion.

Present on the occasion were Syed Mustafa Rabbani, Deputy Head of Mission,  embassy of Islamic Republic of Pakistan; Nasser Al Maslamani, Director Human Resources, Baladna Food Company; Riaz Ahmad Bakali, President PEF; Fowad Rana; Col. Maqbool Chaudhary; Pilot Mahboob Khaled; Sohail Khan; Shahid Hussain Khan; Malik Baber Malik; Hamid Rasul; Asfandiar Ansari; Ashraf Siddiqui, Editor, asiantelegraphqatar.com; Mrs. Shagufta Bakali, CEO, TNG Schools; leading Pakistanis from various walks of life; members of PEF executive committee; a large number of ladies and guests.

Qaiser Abbas, Pakistani national is also recipient of 'Brian Tracy International Excellence Award' 2017.
Qaiser Abbas had an inter-active session, personable presentation which kept engaged the learned audience during around 90 minutes long program.
Giving examples from his own personal childhood life, family gone through difficult financial situations so much so that after availabilty of one time meal, next meal was not assured for the family with eight children. Qaiser is youngest among his siblings.
Qaiser Abbas from his side did his best by obtaining top marks throughout his studies, however, inspite of promise from his parents of a bycyle gift from his young age could not materilise because of the poverty.
Inspite of odds in childhood, he kept focused, passionate and slways believe in AlMighty The Creator for over coming  on poverty one day.
Today's renowned motivational speaker and writer of great books was not shy in telling that he applied for a job as writer in Pakistan's top media publication house 'Jang Group' where he ended up in finding job of a canteen boy to make his earning.
He gave a concept of 'Tick Tick Dollar', which has helped people in various regions around the world to change their lives. First Tick according to him is reminder to ownself to have a PURPOSE in life and second Tick is to live with PASSION.
According to him, goal and purpose are entirely two different things. Goal has a starting and end point and upon gaining one feels happy, but that is temporary happiness.
Whereas, Purpose, there is a starting point, but without fiishing line, a purpose is long lasting, a purpose is not limited to ownself, generations can benefit, it brings the joy forever.
He was of the view point that Purpose and Passion, both goes together, passion is vehicle, an engine, commitment to reach to the goal, towards purpose. Moreover, to achieve one's goal, it requires to leave your comfort zone,  going extra miles to achieve the goal.
He said in other words, it's commitment which pushes to go all the way to reach to target
He said that's the reason the entrepreneurs go with change in strategies and mew ideas and take risk.

Qaiser Abbas threw a question to audience, that how would you like to be remembered once gone ?  This will help to focus on the purpose.

He mentioned that today he was able to donate 100 bycycles every year to needy people. Moreover, he also donates all his income earned from books.

Qaiser Abbas to his profile has trained around 200 coaches in various regions around world and in various sectors. Among these include coaches of Pakistan Cricket X1 and business professionals from various industries.

Mustafa Rabbani, Deputy Head of Mission, Pakistan embassy lauded PEF on organizing an inspiring session participated by the large community members both ladies and gents.

He recalled his memories of 20 years back when he first time met Qaiser Abbas, Key Speaker of the evening during the later's lecture in CSS Academy.

Rabbani said that Pakistan embassy is home of all Pakistanis in Qatar and available for any support whenever, is required.

Nasser Al Maslamani in his address mentioned about his untiring persuasiveness towards meeting his thirst for his passion to contribute such may keep his name alive for long.

Earlier, motivational and inspiring event took off from the recitation of verses from Holy Quran by Asfandiar Ansari.

Program was conducted by Mohammad Azimuddin and Iqbal Ahsan.
