State of Art ' A'lA Turkish Cuisine ' Adds Quality Fine Dinning At Pearl Qatar

Fueled by the synergy of GCC , Middle East & Turkish cultures, Tuana Hospitality global network is now launching its first concept restaurant “A’la Turkish Cuisine” (www.alaturkish.qa), and it’s first gourmet shop & café, “A’la Gourmet & Café” (www.alagourmet.qa) in Marina Gate 30-31, Porto Arabia, The Pearl Qatar.

It will be officially inaugurated on 24th January 2017 by ambassador of Turkey to State of Qatar Ahmet Demirok along with diplomats, dignitaries, local officials, members of business community and media.

The State of Art restaurant has an in-house Gourmet Shop carrying selective products under its own brand “A’la" and made in Turkey.

Harun Topcu, Managing Director said ‘Without a doubt, we are very excited and proud to launch A’la Turkish Cuisine and A’la Gourmet & Café outlets, first of its kind, well ahead of similar operations in/out of Turkey.
Our vision is to be the most sought after integrated hospitality services provider in Middle East that continues to remain a key partner for our clients’ by means of continuous innovation and excellence in delivery.

He also added “Despite visiting half of the globe and having the opportunity to sample Turkish foods over 35 countries, I regret to say due to varying factors I have not found an International Standard of Turkish Cuisine abroad. The project A’la is a case study, a school, or a lab where we are blazing a trail, a path to reach standard Turkish Cuisine Menu with different flavors from different regions of Turkey. So, for us A’la is not simply a restaurant or a café project … it’s a dream, it’s a passion for Turkish Cuisine We know our responsibility and we are dedicated to do this!”

Tuana Hospitality, founded in 2015, is a global investment focusing on introducing & promoting the concept of “Turkish Hospitality “worldwide.
