A Pakistani court on Saturday issued an arrest warrant for former Prime Minister Imran Khan for 'threatening' a female judge at a public meeting on August 20, Pakistani media reported today.

Imran’s arrest warrant was issued today by Senior Civil Judge, Rana Mujahid Rahim after the former prime minister Imran Khan failed to appear before him for hearing on the case.

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan has threatened in a public rally in Islamabad on August 20 to file cases against Islamabad’s inspector general of police and deputy inspector general of police and addressing a female Session Judge that 'We won’t spare you'. On this local police has registered a case under the country's anti-terrorism law. However, Capital Islamabad High Court later ordered the revocation of terror-related clauses from the case. The high court also ordered Imran Khan to appear before the magistrate, which he failed to do.

Since his ouster from power in a no-confidence vote in Parliament in April this year, Imran Khan has been addressing public rally around Pakistan almost on daily basis preparing public support in situation if he is arrested on expected various charges against him from receiving illegally large amounts from non-Pakistanis; mis-appropriation of millions of dollars of donations received in the name of Cancer Hospital and funds for his political party and institutions; mis-using of his power; mega corruption charges; selling of national assets and failed to declare amounts received; mis-use of helicopter; etc,.

Today, addressing a press conference, Vice President of PMLN, part of ruling alliance in country, Maryem Nawaz, daughter of three times elect Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif accused Imran Khan  for playing with the country’s national interest and waving a fake letter against the sitting government and misleading public of Pakistan. She Charged Imran Khan for conspiring against the country’s security, its foreign policy and derailing democratic system.

As per some of the media reporting, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah said Imran’s arrest warrant was routine and bailable, there is no question of arrest,” the interior minister said.

Imran Khan since his ouster from the government has been frequently charging the bureaucracy for being the neutral and not giving him any more support and named them as neutrals are only animal not human being. He has addressed around 60 or more public gatherings preparing people to obtain their support.

Recently, cricketer turned politician has been seen addressing university students as preparing them on the style of 'Arab Spring" against the sitting democratic government and seen instigating the youth for JIHAD and civil obedience once he gives a call to come on roads. However, the government and the concerned  institutions are seen only watching.

Maryem Nawaz has question her own government today why no action is not being taken against former prime minister Imran Khan on his 'crimes' and anti-state rallies.
