Qatar and Bangladesh Sign Land Allocation Agreement to Build State Embassy

In accordance with the principle of reciprocity, the State of Qatar and the People's Republic of Bangladesh signed a land allocation agreement by the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh for the construction of a building for the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Bangladesh.

The signing ceremony was attended by Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi, and Secretary for Bilateral and Consular Affairs in the People's Republic of Bangladesh Kamrul Ahsan.

The agreement was signed by Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Bangladesh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Duhaimi, and Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (Rajuk) of the People's Republic of Bangladesh Mohammed Abdur Rahman.
