The Iranian Foreign Minister conveyed the greetings and appreciation of the Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and HRH the Crown Prince, who, in turn, conveyed the greetings and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his own to the Iranian President.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed bilateral ties, future opportunities for cooperation between the two countries, and ways to develop them. They also discussed regional and international developments and the efforts exerted towards them.

The Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and an Iranian delegation that accompanied Amir-Abdollahian were present at the meeting.

IRNA. Official News Agency of Iran reported that in his X message released on Friday, Amirabdollahian referred to his meeting with Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud in Jeddah.

This morning, we had a 90-minute meeting with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, in Jeddah, he said.

A frank, beneficial and productive conversation based on neighborhood policy, he added.

Thanks to the will of the heads of the two countries, stable bilateral relations were emphasized in all fields, he noted.

We agree on security and development for all in the region, he stressed.
