Doha, 05 Jan. 2026 (QCC)

The Qatar Chamber has taken a significant step to boost workforce skills across the nation by partnering with two specialized training firms. On Monday, January 5, the Chamber finalized agreements with Q360 Solutions for Training and Development and the Professional Chefs Consultancy (PCC).

The signing ceremony formalized a cooperative effort to design and deliver enhanced training programs. Representing the Qatar Chamber was Ali Bu Sherbak Al Mansori, the Acting General Manager. The agreements were signed by Sheikha Amal bint Thamer Al Thani, Managing Director of Q360 Solutions, and Mohamed Youssef Al Kuwari, Managing Director of PCC.

These partnerships are designed to strengthen the training available to the Chamber's members and other Qatari entities. A key part of the collaboration involves the Chamber providing fully equipped training facilities to host the courses. Additionally, the partners will work together to develop scientific materials and detailed curricula for each program.

Ali Al Mansori explained that these agreements reflect the Chamber's strong commitment to organizing high-quality training. He stated the goal is to enhance the efficiency of the private sector and develop employee skills, which supports broader economic development. The courses will be accessible to all, aiming to build human capacity and improve institutional performance across the board. Al Mansori added that the Chamber plans to increase the number of annual training courses, ensuring they focus on practical, professional skills that improve the competitiveness of Qatar's business environment.

Speaking on behalf of the partner companies, both leaders welcomed the collaboration. Sheikha Amal Al Thani expressed her pleasure in working with the Chamber to enhance employee capabilities through specialized courses. Similarly, Mohamed Al Kuwari confirmed that PCC will organize a series of training programs aimed at skill development for workers in all sectors.

Ultimately, these agreements represent a strategic move to directly address the evolving needs of Qatar's economy by investing in its most valuable asset: a skilled and adaptable workforce.
