Doha, 02 Sept 2025
The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat) has officially announced the third edition of the Qatar Real Estate Forum, set to take place from October 14 to 16, 2025, at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC). Held under the esteemed patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, the forum will run alongside Cityscape Qatar.
This year’s edition underscores Aqarat’s ongoing commitment to advancing Qatar’s real estate sector as a key pillar of the Third National Development Strategy (2024–2030) and aligning with the broader goals of Qatar National Vision 2030.
At a press conference today, Eng. Khalid bin Ahmed Al-Obaidli, President of Aqarat, highlighted that the forum builds on the success of previous editions and reinforces Qatar’s position as a leading destination for real estate investment. He described the forum as a vital platform for fostering collaboration among investors, developers, experts, and policymakers, offering insights into market opportunities and future growth.
A key highlight of the 2025 edition is the strategic partnership with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which will participate as Guest of Honor. Saudi Arabia will feature a dedicated pavilion showcasing various government entities active in the real estate space, promoting cross-border collaboration and knowledge-sharing between the two nations.
The forum will focus on four core areas:
Aqarat has also rolled out a comprehensive media strategy to increase visibility, including the launch of the official event website: www.qreforum.aqarat.gov.qa, where stakeholders can register and access detailed participation information.
Several major sponsorship agreements were also announced:
In his closing remarks, Al-Obaidli thanked all sponsors and media representatives, noting their critical role in amplifying the forum’s impact. He reaffirmed Aqarat’s invitation to all stakeholders across the real estate ecosystem to join the forum and take part in shaping the sector’s future.

It’s great to see
I had the privilege of visiting Qatar during the FIFA World Cup, and I must say the hospitality, organization, and vision of the country were truly remarkable. It’s inspiring to see how Qatar continues to build on that momentum, making real estate not just a growth driver but also a pillar of the Qatar National Vision 2030.
The focus areas of the forum — from PropTech innovations to investor journeys and transformative projects — show a clear roadmap for sustainable and strategic growth. The partnership with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as Guest of Honor is also a powerful step toward regional collaboration and shared prosperity.
I look forward to seeing how this platform brings together investors, developers, and policymakers to unlock even greater opportunities for the future of Qatar’s real estate sector.
